We are small on purpose. Most of our team came from large general contractors where they ran a slice of one big job. Here you run your own projects start to finish, and you can walk into the COO's office to ask a question.
Our work is healthcare interiors: $300K to $2M, 90 to 120 day schedules, high variety. Our clients are doctors and practice owners, not developers, which means the work is personal and the standards are high.
We are also a technology-forward contractor, and that is not a slogan. Every employee gets a company iPad. Every project runs through Procore. Daily logs, drawings, RFIs, submittals, and closeout all live in one place. Nothing important lives in a text thread.

Assistant Superintendent → Site Superintendent → Senior Superintendent
Senior Superintendents get a company vehicle. Project Managers have a path to Senior Project Manager. We would rather promote someone who knows how we build than hire a stranger into a senior seat.
