Dr. Shane Costa’s new dental practice, designed by GTM Architects, was a success in every respect. The project not only opened on schedule but also delivered a finished product that mirrored the original design vision. Modern Comfort with Sophistication
Liberty Construction delivered a space that is equal parts comfortable, sophisticated, and aesthetically refined. A neutral color palette establishes a modern foundation, while gold fixtures and a contemporary wall design add character and warmth. The interiors were carefully paired with high-end equipment, creating a technologically advanced practice that is as functional as it is visually appealing.
Construction Beyond the Interiors
In addition to the full interior fit-out, Liberty Construction installed outdoor condenser units, new air handling systems, storefront modifications, and core drilling for plumbing lines above the basement garage. These upgrades ensured the practice was built for both long-term reliability and operational efficiency.
Delivering Success on a Challenging Timeline
Completed in late 2020, the project required precise scheduling to overcome global material delays. Flooring, tile, and specialty fixtures were sourced from Germany and Italy during a time when supply chain challenges threatened timelines industry-wide.
