SMS Terms
Program: Liberty Construction (Liberty Group LLC) sends text messages to subcontractors and vendors who opt in, about insurance certificate and compliance reminders, such as a missing, expiring or incomplete certificate of insurance.
How to opt in: enter your mobile number and tick the consent box on your Liberty certificate upload page. Consent is not a condition of working with Liberty.
Frequency: up to 4 messages per month.
Cost: message and data rates may apply.
Opt out: reply STOP at any time. You will get one confirmation and no further texts. Reply START to opt back in.
Help: reply HELP, email compliance@libertycd.com, or call 888-308-6869.
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
