A longtime sponsor of the McLean Little League and a trusted name in the community for over 30 years, Dr. Marzban sought to create a space that felt modern, artistic, and deeply personal.

New York Grit Meets McLean Heart

Designed by Z Dimensional in close collaboration with Dr. Marzban and his wife—a practicing dentist in New York—the space blends the vibrant pulse of the city with the warmth of a hometown practice. Urban-inspired graffiti murals, exposed textures, and graphic wall features reflect New York’s creative edge, while natural light, soft seating, and wood finishes bring in the calm and familiarity of McLean.

Built Around Community & Comfort

Each detail was thoughtfully curated to enhance both patient comfort and clinical flow. The open layout promotes natural connection, while modern imaging, ergonomic chairs, and integrated technology ensure a seamless care experience. From the playful art to the serene waiting areas, the space invites patients of all ages to feel relaxed and at ease.
