The buildout transformed a commercial suite into a refined orthodontic practice with a bright, family-focused aesthetic, a soft blush palette, and curved architectural elements that carry the Sparkle brand throughout every patient touchpoint. As the Northern Virginia general contractor on this Alexandria dental office construction project, our team coordinated demolition, framing, MEP rough-in, finishes, and orthodontic equipment infrastructure under a single design-build contract.
A Patient Focused Design
The clinic uses soft blush tones, natural daylight from corner-window operatories, and sculpted architectural portals to guide movement through the space. Open treatment bays align along expansive windows with adjustable privacy screens at each station. Curved door frames and continuous LED strip lighting echo the sparkle motif and the clinic brand. The layout connects treatment areas with consultation rooms, imaging corners, and vanity zones in a clear, calm flow that helps families relax during every visit.
Clinical Support and Imaging
Our team installed the full commercial fit-out, including radiography equipment infrastructure, dual-sink vanities, and organized millwork for sterilization and supply rooms. Penny tile flooring in black and white marks the transition from corridor to operatories and supports easy maintenance. Rounded mirrors paired with black gooseneck faucets keep detailing clean and consistent across the practice. These elements ensure staff can work efficiently while children and adults remain at ease.
Reception as the Centerpiece
The front desk greets visitors with curved textured panels and a starburst emblem beside the words Sparkle Orthodontics. The reception zone anchors the clinic and reflects the practice's focus on quality care. Corridors behind the desk reveal soft wavy portals and balanced lighting, so every pathway feels clear and intentional. Liberty's scope included the complete interior buildout to deliver a modern orthodontic home for Alexandria families.
