Pike District Smiles

The Pike District Smiles project was completed in Summer of 2022, for owner Dr. Samia Nikkhah. Dr. Nikkhah’s practice was located originally on the 5th floor of the 11400 Rockville Pike Building, and Liberty Construction was hired to build the office on the ground floor. The primary goal of the project was to relocate Dr. Nikkhah’s practice to the new office in less than a week of downtime. The new 10-chair dental practice was built in under 120 days, and Liberty worked with Benco Dental to relocate all of Dr. Nikhhah’s dental equipment on the days the office was closed, to not disrupt the patient schedule.

Pike District Smiles’ beautiful new office was designed by Z-Dimensional, and features a very spacious reception with modern wall accents and a sleek design that gives patients the feel of walking into a high-end dental practice. The layout of the space places treatment rooms at the perimeter, optimizing natural light for the clinical areas with full-height storefront windows.
